Astro Capital Ltd. (“Astro”) is a private investment and real estate company located in Toronto, Canada. Astro was founded as a holding company for a number of industrial services businesses in Canada and the US. Upon divesting of its majority positions in these businesses in 2016, Astro became uniquely positioned to capitalize related businesses and provide consultation for successions and exits. These divestitures were also the launch pad for an industrial/commercial asset management platform.
